Try flashing it again. If that doesn't work try to boot it into recovery. Do a full wipe and try to boot it normally at that point. If it boots at that point then good; sometimes RSD Lite doesn't always return a PASS.

Can you get RSD Lite 4.9 on the new laptop to try it? I really think you need 4.9 for a successful flash.

alright. i tried flashing it again, failed. i downloaded 4.9... and it worked! you have no idea how much i love you right now haha. i owe you big time. once i get some more funds in my paypal ill send some to you.
