4g went out in orange cty around 10:00 am. I have 3g, but still no 4g. I'll try airplane mode. But I know rebooting hasn't worked.

All Data Out in Houston All Day 28th

Horrible service. Out all day. Load blasts of static over the phone. Called and got a $30 credit for the 21st and today. Was informed that tech support refuses to take calls on the issue and that they are "aware" of the problem. Nationwide outages are totally unacceptable in this day and age.

Had a glitch in 4G around noon in CO Springs that made me drop a call. Switched to CDMA only and 3G was right there working right away. 4G came back but not for long, so I'm back in CDMA Only mode.

toggle airplane mode. You MAY get 4G back...report in.

Sand Diego, tried it. No luck. Also tried reboot, and toggle LTE off/on. Stuck in 3g for now.

No 4G or 3G at the same time totally sucks. Who thought of this system anyway?

Far Northern Suburbs of Chicago, 4g and 3g on the 4g phone went out about noon, spotty ability to connect 3g when switching to CDMA only - manually. 6 hours later and still no 4g, 3g is on and off about every 20 minutes. Toggling in and out of airplane mode just doesn't work to get any LTE service and for many minutes after toggling the phone won't connect to anything at all, seems to take about 3 minutes to find 3g to connect and then looses it a short while later. Unable to use any data services as connection to them really more off this whole time than on.

Will this not effect AT&T's network also? Streamed iHeart all day on a friends phone.
