Anyone think the D4 keyboard is a step backwards?

My parents have D2s and i HATE the keyboards on them. My keyboard I love it except for the caps lock. That gets annoying.

I have had mine for 3 months and the letters/ numbers are already rubbing off. had droid 2 for 2 years and the keys are still perfect. but hey, droid 4 WAS expensive at least!
