I had that happen on an Acura TL I was looking to buy last summer. Went to test drive it and the battery was dead. Salesman said the battery was just replaced when they serviced the car. They jumped it and let me and the wife take it. We drove it for a good 30 minutes, got back to the dealer, tried to start it 10 min later and it was dead. I walked away from that one as I was afraid it was more than just the battery. The car sat on the lot for another month after that so I didn't feel bad walking away.
Its winter... It's a convertible... It's not normal sell for this time of year so it sat for a bit. I'm not overly concerned. The battery in my 05 died after sitting for a week once.
