CM6 final is here!

you can go into manage applications (from settings menu) and "clear defaults" for ADW. then set LP as your default launcher. there's also "home switcher" app in the mkt that lets you switch back and forth even more easily.

i wouldn't delete/uninstall ADW, since i believe this is a system app on CM...

how do I get rid of ADW if i wanna use LP instead?

I feel stupid for asking this but how do I turn on usb debugging without actually plugging my phone into a computer?

EDIT: Nvm got it.

maybe THAT was my problem! i've been having tons of issues trying to flash haledroid and droidpirate's batt icon zips... thanks!

This is my first run with CM. Can someone please list out or give me a reference guide to the scripts that can be used. I found a lot of the customizations withing the ROM but nothing about removing apps and such. Thanks in advance.

I haven't tried CM since 507, and hoped 6 would fix the heat issues...

But no, my droid still gets around 96 fahrenheit when just playing around with the phone settings, and doing some light browsing.

I really love how CM looks and the enormous amount of customization, but the heat problems outweigh the enjoyment

Um, is that battery or is that CPU? The CPU on this thing can take 150 in short bursts.
