Costcos Bionic Deal!!!!

Thanks to this forum, I scored at Costco!
Got mine at a Costco in Fresno (Shaw). Just happened to remember all this hype about the release date, saw this thread earlier and decided to call 'em up. They said they just got them in stock so I went right over. Said they only had six and I was the first one, WTF
Anyhow the cost was 279...a little under 304 with tax. Funny, they had a big pallet with the cardboard placards that you take to the register and buy, the sign next to it said "299.99" ??
I was not dying to get my hands on this phone but I see lots of other forum warriors here that are, that made it even more sweet to walk in and casually pick it up...there wasn't even a single person ahead of me, better than a stupid Verizon store wait.

Was at Costco at 9 this morning, and was 3rd in line. They finally let us in about 10 til 10 and there were only 4 of us that went straight to the kiosk. The guy that works the cell phones came about 5 minutes later and just laughed when he saw us standing there. He did have bad news and told us the shipment of 6 hadn't been received but they were guaranteed to be there by 11 so we all just stood around while about 20 others came in to put their name on a list. Finally the phones show up and the warehouse guys said only 5 came in. Dude at the kiosk said, that can't be, the phones are shipped in boxes of 3. The shipping manager said "I counted them myself, there are 5." Seemed pretty fishy and its likely that he took one for himself or someone else did in the back. All in all it was worth waiting for. Costco gives a case, car charger and a few screen protectors to everyone that buys any phone from them, so I should have plenty of chargers for wherever I go.

I bought a bundle at a Costco in Washington today. The guy that was helping me said they only got 6 bundles in! A Verizon store I went to didn't even get any for launch day. I hate it when they trickle the devices out like that. The Costco that I went to are expecting to get more in a week, said the guy. No idea how long the promo is for, but I can confirm that I paid $279 after a $20 instant-rebate (no mail-ins, yay) which works out to be a little under tax. It was the best promo I came across and after my first day of use I am very pleased with the device.

Talked to rep on Wednesday, he wasn't positive he would get them on Thursday. Talked to him Thursday morning, didn't have them but expected them later that day. Called later on, nothing, he took my name and called me around 3:00 to say they have one for me.
Anyways, it is a great deal but I want to comment on the case. I didn't expect a quality case for free, but this case clips on your belt vertically, but has a flip door on the side. It looks like this case is designed to make people break there phones. I don't mind a cheap poorly made case, but this is a stupid design.
