I personally need the battery life to get better or I'm gonna have to switch. I have to take a trip in a week and my phone will not last on it and I can't have that. This rom is eating my battery no matter how low I have the screen. I love this rom though and it works well so far. Camera and battery life would make it perfect.
I did notice today that I had a couple of banking apps that didn't work like ING.

My battery will only last 4 or 5 hours before I have to charge. To get a full day through all of class and then work or just the rest of the day requires a three different charges. Didn't the 28th's build say it increased battery life in idle? I could swear my batter lasted longer before.

i can't seem to get it to boot right all i'll get is a black screen is there something i'm missing? what should i be installing this on top of?

If your using droidx bootstrap to install it first go in settings > applications > development and make sure usb debugging is unchecked.

i get it installed and everything clear data, and wipe cache, but then it just boots into a back screen. am i supposed to install this ontop of Cynogen 7 for X? or can i just install this over GB?

What are you trying to install it over? If your on gingerbread 4.5.602 or 4.5.605 it should install just fine. What are you using to install it?

i use teslaled from the market... i can use it no problem here

Ok sounds fine. Since your using droidx bootstrap just make sure usb debugging is unchecked. Also check to make sure the md5 matches to make sure you don't have a bad download. Your md5 should match the one in this link under the cm9 download zip http://www.DroidXForums.com/forum/ice-cream-sandwich-roms/43914-cyanogenmod-9-beta.html if it doesn't match download the rom again. You can use md5 checker app from the market.
