i'm installing over .602 and i'm using CWM Bootstrapper for DX

with dx bootstrap... you need to uncheck debugging under settings/applications/development

yea, i can get to the boot strap menu and install this version of ICS but when i reboot after wiping cache and factory reset it just sit's on black screen after the big red M

You downloaded this correct? http://dev-host.org/EV0 and made sure the md5 matches to make sure your download was good correct?

Is the 03-01-2012 build worth the download? I have heard that it has battery issues? But it says the camera kinda works. Just curious if I should flash the new build.

Get md5 checker from the market. Open it up and press load file 1 next find sdcard and press it. Next find where your rom zip is on your sdcard, if you downloaded the rom straight to your phone it will be in the download folder so press download. Then find your cm9 zip and press it then press select. It will then show the md5 and just make sure it matches the md5 in the previous link i gave you. If it doesn't match delete that download and redownload the rom again then check the md5 till it matches.

Where did you see that if it is kinda working ill update to that, just kinda waiting till its working before i commit completely to this rom.

Vexx did you get ever get it to install? Here's instructions if you haven't. Like i mentioned since your using droidx bootstrap uncheck usb debugging. Once in clockwork recovery wipe data/factory reset then wipe cache partition. Next select advanced and wipe davlik cache. Then select install zip from sd card then select choose zip from sd card and find where you put your cm9 zip, if you downloaded straight to your phone it will be in your download folder so select download and find your zip and select it and select install. As soon as its done go back to choose zip from sd card and find your gapps zip and install it. Once that's done installing just select reboot system.

Any word on a working overclocking method yet?

I run MIUI as my phone ROM and CM9 as a boot manager slot. You can overclock and set the governor from the boot menu and it works great. I think it runs just as good as a slot ROM with the SD card speed changed.

Can you run liberty 3 v2 as main to load the oc kernal module and this as a slot? I want a working blur cam for the concert setting, it works awesome. I like this as a daily though.
Unlike encounterics you can't do the blue led boot menu so i can't use your method.

no... you can't use liberty as the phone rom... as it's not a 2nd init rom... you could load liberty up as a slot rom... but not phone rom
