having problems booting into recovery with rom manager, 4 way, and x volume down..??

Sent from my Droid using Tapatalk

For one its POWER and X until the (M) logo comes up and then you let go of the power button and continue to hold the "X".

As far as Rom manager try flashing SPrecovery and the Reflashing Clockwork

It cycles back threw, I went back to default theme thinking maybe somethings up. I can't think of anything else to try...

So you've tried flashing SPrecovery via Rom Manager and then flashing back to Clockwork and no luck?

Make sure your phone isn't charging, then power off the phone. Once it's off, hold X on your keyboard and press the power button. Since you're saying it's cycling back through, the only thing I can think of is that you have it charging and when you power off the phone while plugged in, it auto reboots.

I applied the Meizu theme and it went well, but then I tried to change my theme again and it won't work. It just sits on 0%. Weird thing is, is I backed out of the theme manager and rebooted my phone and went I booted back up I had the lock screen of the theme I was trying to apply and some of the icons. Any ideas on what to do for this? Can I just reflash the rom without wiping data?

This happens to me occasionally. There was a theme fixer no-wipe update in the last version, but I haven't seen one for this version. It's weird because I've had the exact same thing happen, and after a couple of reboots, I'd go in and apply a theme again and it works no problem. A little bit later, try going back in and reapplying the theme, it should load fine.

still no go..I waited about 20 minutes, rebooted and tried to apply a theme and so far its still stuck on 0%.

I tried the tip on entering something into terminal emulator. Didn't work..but I'm not sure I'm entering it right because I thought it was suppose to delete all the themes in theme manager except default. When I go into theme manager they all still show up.

It deletes 2 folders in data/system and resets your theme to default on reboot I believe. Doesn't touch your themes. Try toggling your wifi also, on or off, some have reported that working.

ahh that worked!! thanks so much. Thats so weird something like that can fix the themes, something not related to it at all. This should be put into the OP.

Only my paid apps are showing under "My Apps" in the market and none have auto-downloaded since I flashed this version. Anyone else have the same problem?

My ROM Manger Premium didn't download by it self automatically either and even after I restored my Apps backup through MIUI. I just re-downloaded it.

Did you restore apps from a backup utility? Try deleting data and cache for market in manage applications. That might get things going for you.

battery life?

Your the only one who can gauge that. Everyone has different apps, Widgets, habits that are unique. Battery life is based on usage for the most part. Mine lasts all day 90% of the time. Usually with about 40% left. Same as it always has, but I leave the screen brightness on low, turn things like wifi off when I'm not using them, etc.

Does anyone know why on the stock Launcher when I slide the keyboard out the display stays vertical and not switch like it should?
