Oh so its not an official maintenance update? That's cool, was worried that it was going to jack up my perfectly running phone as I don't have any issue with my Razr. Just for testers, well then back to freezing some bloatware.

Ok guys, here's how it works. Motorola is running what they call a "Soak Test" of an update to the Razr. Only Razr owners who have volunteered to participate in these "test" have received the update. By agreement, the testers are not allowed to share or publish ANY information about when, where , what or outcome of the tested update. When Motorola has determined that the "Soak Test" of the update is successful (usually with 48 hours of test start) they will release the update for all Razr users. You will get a notification on your phone that there is an update available, or you can go to menu>settings>about phone>check for updates. If Motorola has not released the update for all users you WILL NOT see an update available. If you are rooted you will probably have a problem downloading and installing the update WHEN it is released, particularly if you have renamed files, moved files or deleted files. Will you lose root...probably if past updates to other Motorola phones holds true. If you are rooted I suggest you return your phone back to stock...all files...unfreeze any file you have frozen and unroot.
The only thing I've seen is that it's faster to focus. Then again, I never had a problem with the stock app before the update so there could be other features that I have yet to use that were heretofore problematic.
