AJ, if it stops in clockworkd mod or SP recovery, that means your sd card didnt mount during the load process. Just click on install update zip and it will finish loading the file that downloaded.

Sorry bout that I'm on 1.1 and I was having a few problems that were unique... I talked to gflam and he said he could write a script to help. I'm just going to reflash 1.1 and see if the problem is still there

i tried a couple slayher kernels but would like to go back to the one that the rom came with. how do i go back to the original without having to start all over with a clean install?

If you dont have a nandroid before you loaded the other kernels then the only way is to reload the rom... Personally I would just leave as is and wait on the next release, unless you are having issues with the current kernel you are on....

that is the correct kernal...just have to get it from slayhers site, it isn't on the options section in settings.

i was trying to avoid doing the nandroid restore. just seems to be battery drain. have tried slahyer 900 and also chevy ulv 800. i never clock to over 700.

if i want to reload sourcery, can i just flash it right over the top of what i have now? i have sourcery 1.1 renovated/themed.

and which slayher 800 kernel is the stock one? last i looked, slayher has sv, lv and different versions too. can i assume that it's a v1.6?

you can install the rom and gapps again without a wipe. will have to re-install the theme... if you have a nandroid, it will take less time than reloading the rom/gapps/theme after done charge your phone and your good to go

Edit - do a nandroid restore and choose advance options and restore boot only...that will load the original kernel (assuming the backup was done with the orignal kernel still on the phone).
