You have to have a link to the copy of the leaked update, then download it to your external sd card and flash the leaked update in recovery mode. If tou want, I can send you a link to the update.

I downloaded camera 360 and my pictures turn out perfect. The only thing I use the stock camera app for is the panorama option. And that's only because of the fantastic panorama photo ops I get

It seems to focusing just fine. I panned around my office and stopped on a few different objects around the room. It comes right in... Hope this helps....
