What email? Every source has so:

The Motorola DROID Bionic is a device intended for use on Verizon's LTE network and features a 4.3-inch qHD display (likely with a 960x540 resolution), 1GHz dual-core Tegra 2 processor, 8 megapixel camera with HD video capture, VGA front-facing camera, and 512MB of RAM. Expect the Bionic to arrive in the early second quarter.

Moto also unveiled the XOOM tablet that has leaked several times in the past. The XOOM will feature a 10.1-inch 1280x800 display, 1GHz dual-core Tegra 2 processor, 5 megapixel camera capable of shooting 720p video, 2 megapixel front-facing camera, 1GB of RAM, and 32GB of internal storage. A 3G version of the XOOM will be arriving in Q1 2011, while an update to include 4G connectivity will be available in Q2

Here we are....anxious to find out if it really does have 1GB Ram. LOL!! I trust your sources CK...but I also know we as humans can make mistakes.....its part of being human.

Two things. The first is thank God I used my mothers upgrade to get my Droid X and she likes her basic feature phone because she's old. The second is that I hope the X accessories will work for the Bionic. I'm guessing that they won't, it'll be just enough difference to tick you off and have to but more accessories.

My line can get a normal upgrade of my own in August 2011 which would be wonderful because by then any bugs should be worked out fur the most part.

I'm left wondering what the cost difference, if any, there will be with 4G on the phones and if the data plans will truly eliminate an unlimited option for 30.00 bucks. I bet they do because you can download do much more they'll want you to either take it east or pay for overage. Sorry for the long post but lots of questions and worries and excitement

Regards,
Brandon

They wont. Just off the strength the X is fairly square, the Bionic is rounder. And the positioning of the camera.

Now there is a source I trust! Locked or unlocked bootloader is the question, by now I am sure we can figure out the answer though even if it's not what we want to hear.

Rebel; If it's a locked bootloader, would it make it a "Droid XX (Droid X 2/ Bionic)? And if so..would you still get it?

That's a good question, with a dual core processor and 1gb of ram, do I really need to root it? I do like being able to do what I want with my D1 but with specs like this phone has I can live without not being able to reach any file on the phone. I am not sure we will see another unlocked bootloader from Moto so at this point I will make a well thought out purchase based on specs.
