Nub question here, I'm currently on Eclipse 1.3.2, can I upgrade to 1.3.4 without having to wipe everything?

Sure. I did it without any issues.

But always do a backup just in case!

Yeah. You have to download "verizon login" from the play store then it will all work.

My screen is responsible for a significant amount of battery drain, so setting it to lower brightness helps. I know Myfishbear recommended screenlux (or something like that) which has some options to fine tune the brightness.

What I don't get is, my 4.3 inch DroidX screen, which wasn't the crap Pentile like the D4, didn't use battery anywhere near the D4. I don't get it, it's kinda ridiculous for the screen to use 60-70% when it's supposed to be more efficient.

I can't believe that was the solution that annoying problem. MY-VZW stopped working and I just assumed that it wouldn't work, never did any research etc... Now I don't have to login to the VZW website to check my useage.

Hi, with all this new Android 4.2 announcements and stuff, you think it would be possible to make a patch that installs the new JB camera? Here is the apk at least, though apparently the best feature, photosphere, doesn't work yet:

Also, I've been playing with the new keyboard that adds "gesture typing" which is almost as good as Swype, only complaint is that symbol keys like ? are hidden and cannot be accessed by long-pressing anything. If anyone wants to play with that, you can just install it normally from here:

Unfortunately, 1.3.2, I have too much going on to play with my phone and be without, I am loving the reprieve from tweaking for now not loving being too busy to play.

That said, I ran into that same issue a while back, I had to first make sure that screen dpi wasn't changed and that ro.product.model name brand etc in build.prop was correct, and in one case (other ROM) toggle the screen dpi from normal to hd and back. Then go to Manage Apps, and clear data for Google Play store and also, if I remember, Google Play services (I think I did 2 clears... maybe just the one...) I also had a few other apps that were "incompatible"

Nitro just included it in the razr 1.4 update this morning. Wait for myfishbear to port it over and make sure no bugs pop up and it will be released soon.

Is it just me, or is the memory management a little "iffy" on the SS3?

I'm stick with safestrap2 until SS3 is worked out. On twitter he mentioned he most likely will make more changes such as an option to have the rom slots on sd-ext.
