[ROM] Eclipse ICS for droid 4

Tried 1.5 but didn't like that I couldn't use ICS+ browser since it was replaced by Firefox and Chrome. Reverted back, is there any way to get ICS+ browser working on 1.5?

What is up with that? I haven't been able to use ICS+ browser since I updated to 1.3.4, and I had installed it from the Play Store and everything. I'll still check out 1.5, but am wondering if I should be re-downloading any of the OC patches or any other patches if they've been quietly updated in any important ways?

I believe you need the stock ICS browser to run ICS+ browser, it was replaced with Chrome.

ahhh, that makes sense then, but how can we get the ICS browser back then?

Maybe Myfishbear can make a patch to replace Chrome with ICS browser.

Sometimes Flash works better on it. I personally like the simplicity of ICS+ browser and Flash does work on it for me.

I found that the ICS+ Browser was faster and more responsive than Chrome, and my main complaint with Firefox is that it can't scroll between tabs by swiping like ICS+ and Chrome do and instead require you to first click on the tab button. I also really liked the floating gesture buttons in ICS+ and miss that for quick navigation.

So flash works better on chrome?....cause on gingerbread aokp, it wouldnt play video's on some sites

I can't say it's better. For some people Flash only works on Chrome, and for others it works on any browser.

On the google now search it now say there is a new version and to update on google play store, but u can't click it and I can't find it in the store. Can we get this upgrade?

just added a chrome update patch so you can get the latest. it seems to update fine on my hd rom tho. i also added a patch to replace chrome with the stock browser and ics browser plus. more options more fun lol

Installed 1.5 with the patch, back to normal.

I don't see anything different in 1.5, but the battery life and responsiveness feels awesome. Very nice ROM.
