[ROM] Eclipse v3.0 (6/5/12)

Not sure if you are talking about the rotary lock screen shown in the OP. If so, you can enable it under Settings> Eclipse parts>Enable rotary lock screen. Be nice if we could add some more apps/settings to unlock to though

I use the rotary screen. I meant the lens screen like cm7. Its a floating lens that unlocks if you just flip it to the right side of the screen at any level. I just picked up a bionic after 2 + years with an og droid and I love this phone. This rom is the best I have ever used. Small options would be cool like cm7, BUT NOT AS CRAZY as lgb.... ;)

If you long press anywhere in the input text box, a menu will pop where you can select Input Method. Select Multi-touch keyboard. Turn it back on the same way!

I have to say this is the best gingerbread rom available for the bionic by far.
It's fast, smooth, has all the options i want.

Excellent job, thank you for the rom. I'm in love with my bionic finally. I was running rooted .902 and it was meh. My battery life is now much better with this rom. 7 hrs 40 min. I'm still at 58% with the normal use I give the phone every day I would have been down to 25%.

Thanks again.

I'm sure somebody asked already but there's too many pages to look for...I'm on 902 running the newest ics by team gummy, can I flash straight from here or do I absolutely have to b on stock 902?

Flash like you would any other ROM. Go into clockwork recovery, clear data etc then install.

Does gummy have an ICS rom for Bionic I have never seen one.

Nevermind found it they are all pretty much the same the ICS roms. They need a little time yet.

Are there any known issues with this ROM? I'm finally tired of stock blur and am ready to try something new. Eclipse seems to be the most stable ROM right now.

Not many if any I have tried all the roms out there including the new ICS roms there nice but not 100% yet. Eclipose is by far the best rom out there for the Bio now you wont be disapointed.

I would second on wooddale comment. The eclipse rom is awesome. Some of the little things that don't work or that aren't included are: "Clock" force closes when trying to turn an alarm on or off, "Speed Dial" doesn't work since it is part of blur, "Quick Contacts" isn't included since it is part of blur. To replace "Clock" I started using "Sleep as Android" per EmericanX's suggestion and I haven't found a way to replace "Speed Dial" yet so I have been using "Animated Widgets" which works, but just doesn't replace the functionality of "Speed Dial." I love this rom and have it flashed on a Razr Maxx as well (the razr version of course). Another benefit to Eclipse is that there are a lot of themes to choose from.

Thanks...this is exactly what I was looking for. I used Gentle Alarm on my Charge when the ROM I was running didn't like the stock alarm(FCs). It wouldn't be a problem going back to that. As for the speed dial, etc, I don't use that feature.

Hopefully I'll find a little time this weekend to flash this and get everything set up.
