[ROM] Eclipse v3.0 Droid 3 Port

From what you guys have said and what I've been reading over the last hour my next phone will probably be galaxy s3. If I am going to lose my keyboard then I am going all out....

Haha, it's cool. We all have those days. Yeah, the sgs3 will be a good phone. I haven't read up on it completely so I'm not to educated on it. Not sure what the major differences between the sgs3 and the galaxy nexus are. Besides some hardware.

This rom moves very fast. Thanks. Nice one. But i have a few questions. Hot spot does not work? I get force close. And how can i move a mp3 file to ringtones folders? It does not appear after i press copy.

Use wifi tether in market way better, no radio hack needed either

Ok. So wifi tether from market works. Can it be included in rom as a standards. Its simple that way for users.

And how can i move a mp3 ringtone to media/ringtones folder. The system folder does not appear once i use the copy function.

Thanks

Sure

Root explorer. Or some other file browser I suppose

Create a folder in the root of your SD card called "media", within that folder, create a folder called "audio", within that folder create a folder called "notifications" and a folder called "ringtones", then place the audio file in the appropriate directory. It will be selectable now in settings.

no need to try to put it in the system folder, and as a plus, it will be available to you even if you reflash.

I have a quick question.

I tried that FoxFi app and connected my laptop, then went to speedtest.net and ran a test:

Is this normal for 3G tether speeds?

Thanks!
