Old phone was the voyager. 2 terrible screens. The touch screen was literally unusable and need to be slammed to register actions. My droid was a godsend. Now it needs a dock. :)

I had a SE W810i. I really liked that phone and I kind of regret selling it. I ended up buying an iphone to replace it because I got it off contract and for $200. I really could not pass it up.

The camera was great and I loved the form factor even though I was a flip phone guy. The phone was loud and was the best non-smart phone I owned.

I had a moto razr last. Talk about a dumb phone it really didn't do much at all.

I had a Motorola Flip Phone. It was analog and did nothing other than dialing phone numbers. No Contacts No Games No Nothing. Man dem where the days, Simplicity!

I had an LG Chocolate that I dropped in the snow, which was replaced by my prior phone which was a razr. Which I later dropped in water again, thankfully I pulled the battery in time and was able to limp along to the end of my contract to get this bad ass phone we like to call a DROID

my last phone was a BB Storm 1. It was so much better then my old BB 8703e that I actually liked it, despite the multiple battery pulls and lag time. One day with the Droid and I realized what a piece of junk the Storm was.

The last dumbphone I owned was an LG Voyager. I was going to trade it within my first 30 days own owning it for a BB Curve. However, on day 29 I had the phone at work at the VZW Call Center I worked at and at lunch I pulled it out of my pocket, and in slow motion watched it fall into my bowl of mushroom soup. Got an insurance replacement for it (they gave me a brand new one), which I sold on eBay and used my son's eligible upgrade line for my first BB - the Curve.

Last phone was a first gen razor. had a broken front screen for over a year. tough phone.

My last phone was the LG env 2. It was the worst phone I have ever had. I went thru 6 phones in 5 months. The insde screen would randomly stop working, and it would randomly just shut off. The ok buttton on the front keypad stopped working as well which rendered the set of keys worthless. Absolutely junk. Thank goodness for this new fangled droid thing

LG enV2. ha ha ha.

While the keyboard was alright, I couldn't get used to it for texting. Web browsing was a joke. I tried to play a game or two but the controls paled.

I used the phone to makes calls unlike the Droid that I use to manage my entire life.

I got pretty used to the keyboard, but yeah it failed in comparison to the droid. I use it for everything.

Last real dumb phone?

Ha, how about my "real dumb" cell phone before this one. I had the Motorola V120C phone. Had to purchase an external clip on speaker to attach to the bottom, the hard antenna always poked my side. 4 line green screen with black text.
After this, I did not move up to the VX8100 which lasted almost 4 years.
Comparing these to my less than 1 day old Droid :icon_ banana:! Even my laptop cannot beat this phone(old old laptop).

My previous phone was the original LG ENV. It was a big brick. I broke my Voyager and still had a year left on my contract. My friend's mom gave me her old ENV to use until I was eligible for my NE2. So for the past 2-3 months the E, R, T, I, and O keys have only partially worked. It had a full QWERTY keyboard, but those keys really had to be mashed to register. That was a headache. Words like "entire" wold show up as "n" so I had to carefully proof read every text. It sucked because I basically had to type my texts twice.

I'm so glad have my Droid. I got it yesterday and it's much better than me previous ENV :)

THE COMPANY PHONE:( My last phone was so bad I don't even k ow what model it was. It was given to me by my employer. Even though they paid the bill when the Droid was released I had to have it. I went from no phone bill to God only nows what I pay a month for this thing, my wife pays the bill. Before the Droid every time my cellphone rang my blood pressure exploded because 9 out of 10 times it was work. Now when they call I don't mind as much for some reason. Any reason to pick this phone up is rewarding . Long story short, I now have a phone that I really can not really afford and would appreciate a cradle so I can stop propping my phone up against a lamp at night so I can see the clock.
