Froyo OTA starts TODAY for DINC

Got mine on 8/28/10 at 11:30AM, Froyo 2.2 Rocks, phone is smoother, faster, love the Flashlight app, Amazon MP3 app, Text format is better also, Flash 10.1 is sweet, andthey also added the HTC Nexus One different color scrolling lines live wallpaper that was initially only availabe on the Nexus One, plus did I say they got rid of the Verizon bootup logo and added the droid logo with the phone saying "Droid" nice and clear on bootup.

I know. My first post ever, and I am giving you all the news you have been waiting on. Call BS, but I have my info from VERY high up the Verizon food chain that the OTA will be starting to push today. I cannot share the email with you I have at this time, but you heard it here first. The FNG was the first to break this story. It is for real. You can thank me later. Stay tuned!

Sooooo you call BS even though there is a direct link to Verizon wireless and Verizons Twitter website.

Just found the flashlight app..very cool.much better than the one in the app store.What other upgrades other than the ones you listed are there that I've over looked ?? And as far as the Flash 10.1 goes..I still cant view video's on hulu so whats the advantage of it ??

To answer, it will be in random fashion over the next week or two. There have been some results of problems, so they might pull it. We will know for sure tomorrow. But even if it continues tomorrow, it will be a week or two for everyone to receive theirs.

To answer, it will be in random fashion over the next week or two. There have been some results of problems, so they might pull it. We will know for sure tomorrow. But even if it continues tomorrow, it will be a week or two for everyone to receive theirs.
