OK, so i wiped 2 times, installed froyo. Setcpu to 800, sync, launcher pro, and titanium backup. So far works well but the maps will not install the update from market,tried rebooting, still a no go. Any ideas?

anyone try using root explorer to get rid of stuff you dont need? or change the boot animation?

when we get a version with wifi will i need to wipe again or will it be an update.zip

gonna mess with it a wee bit more and maybe try tweeking.

Pretty much self explanatory...it's protecting the person (source) who gave us the files.

I downloaded the 1250 kernel from P3 (which for some reason caps at 1100 in setcpu but whatever), set to "ondemand" from 250-1100. This Droid is FLLLLYYYYINNNNGGG!!!
