Give me a few minutes....some on IRC just gave me an update.zip that is supposed to fix it...if it works I will get it to you

Anyone else having problems installing Google Maps?

Its already included in the rom

Well I thought there was an update in the Marketplace and it wasn't letting me install it. So I did as someone suggested and went into /System/App and deleted maps.apk and now it's gone and can't install it from the Marketplace.

I know I should have renamed it instead but I didn't. Does someone have a link to the apk so I can download and manually install it?

What happened to the OP??? I was just getting ready to DL and now it is all gone!!?!? There is a Quote a few posts down that gave me the nandroid, but I need a link to the kernal w/wifi working...any help?

No, it just proves that froyo on the droid is awesome.

I've seen like 5 posts in this thread about chrome-to-phone and everyone seems to have the same 'registering device' problems, including me. It's the first thing I tried when I got the ROM installed. Has anyone gotten this working or does no one really care about this feature?

I also have the smae problem...when tring to play a video...I get a message not supported.....

not sure how to do this method you describe....I typed what you said on the url bar....but it searches for toher websites that have the debug word in it...

Don't type the quotes...

still doesn't work..I type it without the quotes and hit go....and it doesn't do a thing..am I doing it worong?

After you type it in-- Menu>More>Settings scroll to the bottom to UAString

well im really satisfied with this build, maps wont update from market yet still works well. i just changed the boot animation droid does plasma, works great. have fun folks
