Galaxy Note 2 waiting Lounge

I can answer that in a few days when my note gets here, I own it. FWIW, it was little or no help on my Bionic.

Yeah, it takes pictures.
There's no improvement from the stock app though (the stock app used by Samsung is one of the better stock camera apps out there). The only reason I can think of to use it on the Note 2 would be if you want to add in some of the props to your shots, or if there are some other effects you want to add in.

How is the stock browser treating you guys? When I zoom in, it doesnt alter the page at all. Like other browsers you zoom in and it re arranges the page to make it viewable.....any ideas?

I will be getting my GN2 on Friday and ordered the black seidio active a few days ago. I won't be getting it for a while but recently started seeing reviews about the kick stand magnet on the active causing issues with the s- pen. I got spooked so I ordered an otter box defender (glacier) just in case. I'll try the active first because I like the fact that its less bulky than the defender but if there's issues with the s- pen, I'm returning it and sticking with the otterbox.
It can't be coz i also have galaxy nexus and it works fine

I wasnt aware of the s-pen interference. I haven't ordered mine yet so if it is a widespread issue ill have to find a different case. I dont want to cover this beast up at all but I don't want any scratches on it either.

I've got the Surface and I do not notice any interference at all that the magnet may have with the S-Pen. FWIW, I find the phone is much more comfortable to handle with a case on it. Without the case, the phone is just too thin and the plastic too smooth. I keep feeling like the phone will fall out of my hands (and I also don't want to scratch the back). The slightly rubbery texture of the case makes it feel more secure in your hand.

So lets recap.......It is now one week after the GN2 was launched on Verizon after their delay for a month to remove/app the following Blocking mode. Google Wallet, MultiView limited, and WiFi persistent notification.
Today exactly one week from release we have Root, all applications in the MultiView, Blocking mode back, and yes even Google Wallet working! Even saw one person got the WiFi toggle back where you can just turn on and off like the others at the top. Oh and on one thing that is new the 4.2 Camera is also working on the GN2.
If anyone is missing links for any of the above let me know and I can post them. BUt would like to thank EVERYONE that helped and all the work that was done by the DEVS to get the Verizon GN2 back how it should have been in the first place. Only thing I think we are waiting on is the unlocking to support other ROMs.
Verizon take note you screw up the phone and we just put it back how it should be so just stop playing around and let us have things on time and not a month or even more for updates later!

and they also sell it through different retailers and Amazon. Also, FWIW, Best Buy sells the Seidio cases, but under the "Platinum Series" name.
