Looks like there will be no need for an extended battery. Been streaming movies and videos all night. Now I'm trying to kill it before I go to sleep so it will get a good charge.

For any of the people who have been posting your battery life, are you using the battery saving brightness levels and screen tone? I haven't bought one yet (waiting for VZW) but when playing with several in various stores, I've noticed the display looks much better to me when I increase the brightness. It also looks much whiter to me (one of the few things that had disappointed me at first when seeing it) when I turn off the auto adjust screen tone in the settings. I would definitely want to do both of these things and wonder if anyone else who has one has tried this and can report on battery life after making those changes. Thanks

Which defeats the purpose of passing with your phone off you've foots pay extra exorbitant fees. Don't these idiots understand, I'm 100x more likely to use my phone to pay if its free. Otherwise ours cheaper and easier top just reach in my wallet

I do totally agree, force me to use something and I won't. I could hate Google wallet but would use them first cause of the fans Verizon is paying not allowing wallet. They are just being greedy plain and simple they want the extra money it's like they don't charge is enough lol.

I believe the phone comes with auto brightness enabled to save the battery. That dims the screen when it is not in bright light. When I went into settings on the phones I played wth in the stores and truned off the auto brightness and increased the brightness I thought the display looked MUCH better, at least to me. What I don't know is how much extra power that uses.
