and BOOM goes the dynamite...crushed are my dreams...crushed

heres for hoping that dude is an idiot.

Well dont give up hope, he said they usually dont find out about new phones until an internal press release is issued 2 weeks before a public one is. And out of all the 'tech/reps' I've spoken to, he seemed to be one of the most Knowledgeable

Haha, Liked the link to knowledgeable...well, that could be a good sign then...perhaps we wont know till its time to know...at this point its still good to speculate what we think our golden goose is going to lay.

I want this phone!

lol I couldnt figure out how to spell it so typed in what I thought in search bar and just c&p the first one I saw lol

Either way, I hope were atleast given an option, not forced to just use Tom Tom

Me either, I love Google. I love Maps, I love Voice, I love it all. And I think its idiotic to put any other form of crap on there. i.e Bing, TomTom, and other uninstallable crap.

I really only want to keep my droid 1 rooted and mess with custom roms on that only and keep this beauty stock...or "legit". But I swear to god...if Bing, or TomTom comes on this thing and I'm forced to use it...Ill root...I will:icon_evil:

I read that as well. I hope that it does not have tom tom navigation or even worse Bing. Plus the voice turn by turn navigation is a chargeable option. :( Google maps kicks butt. That's one of the reasons I got my phone, for free navigation/turn by turn directions. +1 Google maps. :)

Trying out Sprint for a month. Sent from my Evo using Tapatalk. 4G is pointless when you don't live in one of the few available network areas.

Free navigation is without question one of the best reasons to get an Android phone.

I also like the Google Voice transcribed voice mails. Not close to flawless, maybe 50%, but almost always good enough to get the jist of the message.

I just wish I could find a way to block numbers from calling my google #... yea I know, totally off topic... :D

I was at a Verizon store the other day checking out Droids & they told me about this phone & said it will be out sometime around November 24th! My guess is Black Friday! I hope it is true that means I'll only wait two weeks after my contract is up to get my hands on this baby! I was told that it will have a front camera like the iPhone (speaking of which I was told AT&T signed with Apple for another year, who cares lol) & have pretty much all of the apps iPhone has. I'm definitely waiting for this!
