Gorgeous, mysterious, EVO-ish HTC device headed for Verizon

I'm still baffled that Sprint is getting the T2 first... I've been a HTC fan since my Eris but that T2 looks mighty tasty! My upgrade is Dec 4th. I can't wait to see what is out then! Stoked! I agree with whoever posted that these phones will be the best 3g phones till the leap to LTE. I ain't going 4g in my area on the NW coast anytime soon so I can deal with the best of the best 3g phone.

So the majority thinks here that the HTC is gonna be better than the T2? I ain't a droid pro so any thoughts are much appreciated. Thanks!

Sprint getting it first? source?


NW coast? You might be in a fringe area. You'll definitely get it before me in Montana.

T2 compared to Inc HD?
-build quality will vary (most people have strong preferences for one or the other)
-processor in T2 will be Tegra 2. Most likely better than IncHD
-T2 will most likely have a better screen. Not sure on this one yet.
-I myself prefer motorola's radios. Better reception.

Anyone want to add anything? This is off the top of my head.

It was a great experience doing from my LG Chocolate 8550 to the Droid. I cant put that phone down.

It was a great phone. the battery lasted a week. but then again i didnot have web or email and did not text too much.

Very true. The battery life was pretty amazing. And it was surprisingly durable cause mine certainly took a beating haha.

So did mine. I can't even begin to list the many times i dropped it onto the pavement. It still sits as my backup if my Droid breaks some how. I also have insurance on my Droid though but you never know.
