Has there been a fix for the lost microphone issue on the Galaxy Nexus?????

Make sure you all have the 4.0.4 radios installed and not just the 4.0.4 ROM. I used to have this problem consistently before installing the 4.0.4 radios. Haven't had the issue since.

No, plenty of people have this problem. I did too for a while, seemed to have stopped when I installed Axiom.

Its supposed to be fixed in 4.0.4 though if you feel like flashing that.

what is Axiom? and where do I find it?

This may sound silly but I found out how to fix this issue on MY phone. Sometimes it would drop mid call and sometimes I couldn't be heard from the start. Coming from a DroidX and X2 (with three microphones) it was the way I was holding it, like an iPhone. When I use my left hand sometimes I rest the phone on my pinky finger and it covers the (one) microphone. I guarantee it will solve some people's issues (that don't really have an issue).

Running AXIOM and 4.0.4 Radios here, and unfortunately I suffered this issue yesterday about 5 times. I had a lot more calls than normal yesterday, but on 3 occasions about 2-3 minutes into the conversation the person on the other end would start saying; Hello? Hello? Hello? and that was it. Had to recall. Tried hitting the Mute/UnMute button, putting on speakerphone, nothing helped.

This is really bumming me out because I had not had this problem at all, but I can replicate it by calling my house phone and waiting a few minutes, and maybe 1 out of 5 tries the mic will cut out..

I've had this problem on several different roms.. It can happen after just a few minutes or a hour. It's happened to me about 8 times.. Between this and the data drop or hand over, I'm about done with this phone.. I don't want to be
