I even tried ad but with fast boot saying invalid command its not working

Did you place the superboot file exactly where I said? If it's not on the root of your C drive, it won't work.

Flash CW and make a backup, you won't regret it. It's the best thing you can have in case something goes wrong.

In other order of ideas, I rooted my GN and managed to put 1.5 Cupcake on it :) http://i173.photobucket.com/albums/w52/smokiedabong/DSC00465.jpg

Definitely flash clockwork. Follow the directions carefully and be sure to edit the recovery file to ensure cw boots correctly.

Still waiting for device after reinstalling samsung drivers. Going to delete them yet again, reinstall and reboot. Such a PITA

How are you installing the drivers? I had that problem too. I had to install the drivers through the device manager. It was a hassle getting that straightened out, but went smoothly after figuring out the driver conundrum.

If I can remove the bloatware from my phone does that mean my phone bootloader is already unlocked? Trying to skip a step

I was shocked I was able to removed Skype and some other apps

I'm just extracting the .exe file and letting it install. I have no clue how to install through the device manager.

This is the first time pdanet asked me to select the device so I'm very encouraged!
However it wasn't installed on my phone so I will have to get it from the market again. I removed it thinking everything would work smoothly :-(

No. Skype wasn't on my phone, I had to get it from the market. I installed it without a problem. Are you sure you are in the right section? My Verizon is one of the only pieces of bloatware on the nexus as far as I know
