Open your app drawer, select widgets at the top, scroll right to left to contact, long press to send to home screen, select individual contact after its dropped.

Update: Here in Pa. Son got his update about 3:00am ( He had his phone before me) I am still waiting.

I think maybe the take away is: We both live in Pa (obviously) my Son has had his phone for a couple months, I've had mine for a couple weeks. He got his update last night and I'm still waiting.
This sort of debunks the regional download theory. It is either completely random (unlikely) or it is going in order (somewhat) First came, First served. Only Fair IMO
