Almost made it. Got the install all the way to the Droid guy with the weird little symbol in the belly as ICS installs, then phone boots to........ nothing. I get the Motorola symbol and then a black screen. It is late and I have to work tomorrow, so off to bed and time for Googling after work. Have a good night all.

But if u disable any verizon apps a message pops up saying that disabling this app could cause other apps to misbehave

That is the default message for every app that you try to disable. Basically the best way to proceed is to disable a few apps that you do not want. Make sure there are no problems. If so, re-enable them. If not, disable a few more you do not want.

Generally, any apps you disable are safe to disable. If you find a program is not working properly, then all you have to do is re-enable them.
