The existence of a confidentiality agreement is usually (although not always) not confidential. However the contents of the confidentiality agreement often are considered confidential. Seems to me the best thing in any case is not to talk about it.

Every time I get a email for this thread I think maybe the notifications had started back up but its the Soak Test debate instead.

You did post part of the confidential email above, and have been talking about the email, both of which are sharing specific information on the communications of the soak. What they want you to do is to go help and not talk about anything involved in the soak process, including the emails. I've been doing this since the original Droid, so I know all about the process, including the fact that non-soak testers get the update during the soak. It happens all the time. It's nothing new. And of course, they're free to talk about it. But I'm not referring to that. I'm referring to people who were a part of the soak test sharing what is supposed to be confidential information.

This what my rant was directed towards, sorry. Just thinking in common sense terms, which is not reality I know. Lol

Well, on topic again. I have yet to receive Any notification on ICS. Not 2 weeks ago, not yesterday, nothing. All the info I get is from this thread. Just try to manually pull every so often. No luck:-(

I read on another forum that Verizon is only sending out 100k to 200k of updates per night which seems like a ridiculously low number. Surely they can handle more than that. How many razr/maxxs have been sold? 10 mil? More? This is gonna take awhile....

I just talked to vzw and they said after the first wave, the only way to get ICS is to sign up for the new plans. I'm sure glad i got it already! Ok kidding. Just trolling
