If Galaxy Nexus is a bust what phone will you get?

iPHone. I have a Razr and can't wait to get rid of it for a Galaxy Nexus or iPhone 4S if it's a bust.

Negative. We will get the headphones as well.

sweetness. now i dont have to ruin my good headphones :D in bed. (i sometimes like falling asleep listening to music)

Anyone else have trouble using those kinds of ear buds? They never seem to stay in, Ipod ones are the only ones that stay in my ear when I'm running.

Definitely Rezound. Just got one for my wife who needed a phone now and she's loving it. I will wait for SGN and decide. I've lost my faith in Motorola after the corporate sync issues on the DX D2 and DPro and now the data drop problems on the Bionic and Razr. The OG Droid was the last great phone they made IMO.

No angle ... the thread asked a question. My thought is after the nex I would want a Moto device with ics. Moto makes better radios and may have a droid coming with ics

So that's my thought

What radios? I thought they used Qualcomm chipsets for their baseband.

They all use the same radios.

It's really just device design/radio design that may have an impact. See iPhone 4's radio design issues/advantages.

They definitely do NOT use the same radios. Samsung had their own lte baseband(in fact, they used it in the Charge) , Qualcomm has one too. It's not like verizon 3g where Qualcomm had a patent in evdo, lte is an open protocol, and any chip vendor can create their own chipsets.
Stay tuned for which is better for battery life.

They definately have different radios. It isn't even close either ... the buonic and razr have much much better lte performance over the chrg or nexus.

Now I can say I'm headed back to my charge as my daily driver for now. We will see if the nex gets updated enough for me to carry every day again

They have fixed that issue and moving forward I think a lot of people will want the next Moto device

You've tested the Nexus LTE performance that no review site has even had access to?

The Bionic and Razr both have radio issues that cause drops with switches between 3 and 4g, so lets not act like Motorola is infallible.
