Is Droid Turbo getting Lollipop?

I like everything about the Nexus except the screen size. Personally it doesn't fit well with me. But, I got an S6 yesterday, and kept my Turbo.

Yeah, it's large, but I had a Note 4 for awhile so I am used to it.

Does the N6 have the shake to open camera or the wave hand to unlock features, as well as just tapping the screen to take the picture? I don't think I can live without these ever again.

I had so many problems with the turbo, couldn't make calls outside the house or receive them (no matter where I went); had to use Network Extender in house (never needed one before); Phone heating up and shutting down, losing wifi, couldn't use verizons supposedly 4G LTE data. So, I said poop on it, went to ATT and got a LG G4 and loving it. Only in 4G with AT&T, BUT way better speeds then what Verizon was on the turbo. Figure that one out.

Location, location, location...I mean, probably.;)
Nah, doesn't make sense. Verizon (said) their tower 4G LTE Data/Voice is 1 mile away from me. AT&T, only 4G, is 1-1/2 to 2 miles away. When Verizon told me that I for sure checked AT&T's closest location. Still say LTE should have been better then 4G.

Pere,
When click the above it takes me to some girl's site? o_O

Yea, sorry, dumb joke. I assume most people read the text of the link before they click it, like I do.
So..I made a fake link: looks like Moto is delaying the L update to give us 5.1.1 like they delayed 5.0 to give us 5.1
Then you click the link and???
"Just Kidding".

Has a link for CM 12.1 based on 5.1 been released or still no word on support for such a ROM? I would do a manual flash update of 5.1 if it were available, however no source file of the 23.11.23.quark_verizon.verizon.en.us quark seems to return any search results on Google.

Looks like the Moto X will be getting an update before us.
Soak testing has begun already if I am not mistaken. I was stuck between Turbo and Nexus 6 when upgrading in March. Very perturbed at the lack of communication and accountability from VZW especially.

In addition, we have addressed an issue we found in a previous soak test and should start full soak testing in the US and Brazil for retail later this week. If all goes well, full deployment can happen the following week.

There were some questions about support for Lollipop upgrades from our carrier channels. We are in a number of the carrier labs now so we don't anticipate issues in getting the upgrades deployed. As you guys know.... the carrier channels typically take longer.

I wanted to give a quick update on where we are with the Lollipop upgrades for

Exactly. Last thing I want to hear is Moto flubbed the update causing bricking or making the phone slow to a crawl. I have a feeling this one will run better on the ART architecture and have better battery life with more accurate battery data and less processes running at the same time. Only time will tell.
