Thanks to the couple of folks who helped me last night with getting setup to be able to "activate" Mobile Hotspot. I'm currently a paying customer, but just canceled that service. I'm assuming they don't shut it down until the end of my monthly billing cycle which is toward the end of the month. I was able, with your help, to get to where I'll need to apply the setting change once it's deactivated. Of course, right now, the value is already a "1". I expect that will change to "0" once the hotspot service is deactivated.
Maybe the wrong thread, but what other cool stuff should I be aware of now that I'm rooted? My original purchase for rooting was to installed TB to disable OTA updates.

Rooting has lots of advantages ... mainly TB and tethering, but there are also apps to make your phone "ad free" (hiding ads) there are great apps for file exploring (like "Root Explorer and a few others) just go to the Play Store and do a search for root apps, or even do a root apps search on this forum. There's threads spread around all over here.
