No....it's not great. It has butter in it. Coffee is meant to be Juan Valdez's finest ground beans and water... that's all. [emoji12] [emoji477]

Why do they put butter in coffee? What's the purpose... Isn't there enough fat in my half and half?

Sweet, grass fed butter or ghee, and coconut oil with organic coffee. Research it, it's beyond awesome if you want to be alert, not cracked, it's a natural mind stimulator.

Where can you get it.. It sounds fascinating! I love butter as much as I love bacon but I never thought about it with coffee.... I'll have to look it up!

You make it, 3 cups of hot caffinated coffee, 1/2 Tbsp sweet(unsalted) butter or sweet ghee, same amount coconut oil, in blender / bullet. Blend to a frothy yummy kick in the tail...
Best not had with your evening meal unless you're driving to Texas ;)

You only use a half tablespoon of butter? Wimp! [emoji6]
For someone just starting out yeah, it's a good idea, otherwise it'll be an instant colon cleanse. lol
Bulletproof is the best! Makes that first cup of the day pick me up feeling last well into the afternoon. And it's a great breakfast without eating breakfast.

Be careful of making the right butter choice, don't think butter is butter, you'll be very disappointed [emoji20]

Also the coffee, I use a grind I love, I pay no attention to organic / free range, safe labor coffee bs, use what you like, he!!, it's coffee.

Do they sell that kind of butter in the store, or do I have to get it on the website?

Good morning Y'all.

Yes, it's in the dairy section, Kerrygold is what I use. And any good coconut oil, which is solid below 75deg, melts nice in the coffee and gives a nice coconut flavor if you get the one with the flavor saved.
Enjoy.
