That was my favorite diet but my cholesterol was going up. My good cholesterol (HDL) is very high 95-105, which is protective, but the bad cholesterol (LDL) was going up and I didn't want to take meds, so I had to back off that diet, and the LDL went down again. Same thing with the bulletproof coffee...I love it but it has to be a treat every now and then...

It's modified in that it's not the high fat like Atkins, low carbs, low fat, GF, and all the other stuff GF peeps do...
