Mighty quiet on the forums today....
Guess I'll take a second win to go with my breakfast for dinner.
This evenings menu consisted of: 4 large cage free eggs over easy, 3 pieces of organic nitrate free thick cut bacon and two pieces of 9 grain whole wheat toast. Oh yeah, & a cup of Kona coffee.

Yeah, same here. Growing up near the beach most of my life I was either at the beach, the pool, in the ocean, on the ocean jet skiing, boating or fishing. Its a wonder i don't look like a worn out catchers mitt by now. [emoji274] [emoji41]
But even now I like to keep some color....can't be walkin around looking like an anglo-albino.

After getting the skin docs word after getting fresh frozen spots I stopped with the layout, just truckers tan now
And I thought Sajo was that white because of the clown makeup...

LOL! No farmers tan for me. But yeah, I hear ya... I've always been careful there, that melnoma stuff is no joke! Since my late 30s I've always had derm check ups every year or two. Better safe than sorry.

I'm overdue this year, 10+ hr a day on the construction site plays a toll...

Yeah I can imagine! I remember those days.... I did roofing for a year and masons labour when I was a young buck... Then I decided to go back to school. LOL

I did it as a trades then GC till 95, now as a paper GC, all subs, still play on the side, building us a BBQ/Bar now... Looking forward to getting the DoubleTap flowing
