After getting the skin docs word after getting fresh frozen spots I stopped with the layout, just truckers tan now
And I thought Sajo was that white because of the clown makeup...

No clown makeup, just a good old fashioned farmers tan right now from working outside a lot lately. Helped a co worker in need build a shed today, after getting called in to work. [emoji41]

Guess I'll take a second win to go with my breakfast for dinner.
This evenings menu consisted of: 4 large cage free eggs over easy, 3 pieces of organic nitrate free thick cut bacon and two pieces of 9 grain whole wheat toast. Oh yeah, & a cup of Kona coffee.

Had a 5 mile run, took the dog to the park and concert last night. Very busy day. Working right now until we get this production issue resolved then it's off to the park for another 6 to 8 mile run, then bark in the park where the dogs can go into the baseball stadium.

Free coffee FTW. Went to Starbucks with the puppy. They took almost 10 minutes for one cup of coffee so the chick was flirting with me and gave me a free cup and said to bring the dog back. bonus!!
