Any eta on the release of this awsomeness to the comoners?...lol. or is the Verizon update coming first ....any advise wait or pay?

We don't have an ETA and won't release until its up to par with the quality Liberty users are used to.

The "commoners"? Yeah, we're all a bunch of rich guys, forking out a one-time fee of $5 to get access to the latest and greatest. Just like billionaires & buying yachts.

I did not mean to offend I was on liberty before I got my replacement .......im coming from seeing public releases ...and thought that the only reason it is not public is because he is still perfecting it. That being said I was asking those who had it how far away from the release is it ? "The comoners" few as we are curious. Just looking forward to see what he has done with gb. Team liberty always does a good job and deserves support! But my laptop is being built. So the public/tested version is my only option. Unless im missing something?

Anyone else had problems with WIFI?

I'm now on v.3, but even under v.1 my WiFi connection comes up, works for a very short time, then I get "can't connect" ... everywhere: market, browser, email, etc....

The connection and signal strength all look good. And if I turn wireless off and back on, I can use it again for about 5 min or so ...

It was working perfectly for the first few days (when I was on v.1) -- but when I tried to download the nightly via the Toolbox -- well, that's when it started happening.

Anyway ideas?

Ive seen it once, airplane mode on and off fixed it for me

That and my battery is being crushed under liberty GB.

You should be able to fix it somehow, then. My battery life is freaking phenomenal. I finished charging my phone at work at 5:30pm, went home then to the gym, watched a 43-minute episode of House on the phone at the gym while on the bicycle, went home and checked the market for updates, and after the screen was on for like a minute it dropped from 90% to 80%. I'm running 350/500/750/1GHz for my clock speeds, undervolted with QuickClock of course, but my battery life is GREAT. (stock battery)

OK, I haven't seen anything about this yet, but I'm on Liberty GB V.3 and every time I hit the back button I catch a glimpse of a black and white photo. I can't make out what the picture is. I'm not sure if it is a bug, or even if anyone else is seeing it. Thanks.

EDIT: Ok, I realized what happened. Youtube FC'd and a frame from the video I was watching showed everytime I hit the back button. I force closed youtube and cleared data, and all is well.

I finally got liberty gb installed. I have not done the install of 0.3 yet. After many tries the market apps finally installed. Now I have no swype in settings under language and keyboard. I need my swype! Where did it go? ? And even after the market fix I still cant download new apps. Did I miss something?

Feature request or bug report:
I can't figure out how to get audio controls to show on the lock sceen.

I've had many of the problems people are experiencing at some point in the past so I'll share my two cents. The best fix for me was making sure I had a really clean install. This means doing at least four factory/data wipes from Stock recovery NOT clockwork recovery. These are different. I recommend this after sbf, stock 588 gingerbread, and after liberty. You should also wipe dalvik before or after a kernel update.
For me this works and I didn't need to wipe between nightlies.

I didn't see anywhere in this thread about Seeismic app having problems. I can't seem to add my Facebook account to Seeismic since I flashed over to the Liberty GB rom today. I didn't have any problems on the stock GB. Anybody having this problem or know of a fix?

Nevermind I figured it out. Seems the Amazon App Store decided to update my Seeismic app and that was the issue. I deleted it and went to the Android market and downloaded the app again and things are all good.

FM radio wont load (I downloaded it from addons in the toolbox) bootstrap wont load just goes black need to do a battery pull.. but this is one sweet rom other than the few hicups

I've also noticed since flashing LGB that my phone has been running alot hotter between 100° and 112° sometimes a degree or two more....and I haven't overclocked since I was on 2.0.1... I don't think its a battery issue either cause I just bought a brand new one...

If your using the Droid x bootstrap it doesn't work on any GB try using the D2 bootstrap or even Bette the one in the TB
