Manually Update to 2.0.1

Here, after the update, I went to check the marketplace and I see the Downloads folder, right? So I go into Downloads and see there is an update for one app. I've never bothered to check Downloads before as we get notifications of new apps automatically. And in fact right after the 2.01 update I suddenly had about 7 app updates to install. Anyway so when I go to the Downloads tab here was another update to install. It was after that app update that now the tab has changed to Verizon.

Do you think it changes to Downloads when there is a app update available, and otherwise the tab is Verizon?

I read this on Engadget...had to come and check out my droid nation to make sure it was ok before I did it. Im off of work in 5 minutes...I'll do it when I get home. Im in Atlanta so who knows how long that will take with this traffic.

yeah, mine was always verizon on the right, its still that way now but whats up with the inconsistencies, some have downloads some have verizon, some are back and forth between the two, lol, kinda weird

its not that because i have an available download and it still says verizon, it always says verizon

are you positive? i have never seen downloads, i have an update right now and it is still verizon

LOL not quite, but it will be ok. Turns out that it was a hardware issue, nothing to do with the update at all.

Ill be getting a new phone from VZ as soon as it stops snowing here in Madison lol.
