I'm not 100% sure ... I have only frozen with TB. But to be safe, yes, re-enable everything and then freeze it with TB. Go the safe route.

I figured but thought it worth asking anyway.

You need to reboot your phone again, then go to the store and download Voodoo Rootkeeper. When you open it, it will ask for Superuser Permissions, hit "Allow" and then you will press the "Protect Root" button and make sure all the boxes are checked.

Yep, that's my thread. Everyone uses their phone differently, but that's what I did on my phone and my battery life is great.

I like it just because its a start on what rooting is for. Since that seems to be the big question, what are you going to do once rooted.

I can use the 1.81 util to root with the .215 kernel installed? And is it recommended to do a fdr after rooting or is that just after an update like the .215 patch.

Back button out and reboot again, then check it again. We ran into that last night.

Yes and yes ... an FDR is always good for starting with a clean slate.

I forgot to say i just did the fdr after installing the .215 two days ago. Is it still a yes if im just rooting today.

Oh sorry, if you're just rooting on .215 and already did one, then no you won't need to do another one.
