You do not HAVE to unzip the file RSD will do it for you if you just browse to the ZIP file. However you eliminate one possible thing of going wrong if you unzip the file before hand, again just personal preference.
FWIW since my update to .215 leak FDR and battery training on Max I have gotten 16 hours at 31% with heavy use and minimal smartactions. I have noticed a huge improvement in response and almost no lag.
Thanks Matty for the leak and instructions and thanks foxkat for the battery training lessons. My Max is finally performing the way I would expect it too!

I wanna give a BIG THANKS to Matty for taking time and helping me with the download problem lastnight! :hail: YOU DA MAN! lol
After talking with you I had a fun time install it lol. Remembering that you said you hadn't tested it using bootstap I figured what the F why not? Well after FDR/Cache wipe I realised I made a rookie mistake and didn't temp unroot :blush: oopps lol Did it all over this time with temp unroot and still didnt work. So I thought maybe bootstrap isn't working but I couldn't figure out how to get it off and being that I had FDR'ed (yes I just made that up) I went back to full stock unroot and it worked. While disabling some apps I remembered you can only uninstall the games and thought maybe that's why I was having trouble getting this on from the begining? I really don't know to be honest I'm not all savvy with this.

I didn't get it to work using bootstrap. So I ended up going back to full stock unroot using the utility and using regular recovery to be able to flash it.
Oh okay, sorry read that wrong. You were trying to get the leak installed through Bootstrap. I thought you were having problems installing Bootstrap on the leak, I am with you now.

Yes, it gave me that error on my phone when installing from the zip on the external SD card.
I tried to use another file by the same name from 4Speed (I think that was the site) and I ended up upgrading to the .214 leak. I didn't want that so I put it back to the stock .211 then tried Matty P's course 1 again. This time it worked like a charm. Don't know what the problem was but it works now.......
That is very odd ... haven't heard of that happening before. :icon_eek:
