I have a quick root question. I know this was covered, but i don't remember. If i use utility 181, i think i remember you could instal safestrap, or bootstrap. Is that correct? And which do i want for installing custom roms?

Safestrap is for ROMs ... don't install both Safestrap and Bootstrap together. And I have never flashed any ROMs so I don't know a thing about them.

Thanks, i must not be very smart, cause i don't understand those instructions. And i can't find the instructions in the download. There is just the read me telling me what file to open

I don't know that you have to but I would. Use the utility and it doesn't take that long.

If your phone isn't rooted you have nothing to worry about...
