[ROM] Maverick ROM v3.5 for Droid 3

Something strange installed avalon theme..and reinstalled other one and now the letters are black in email. But after i cleared mav toolbox, the startup animation remained from avalon, and the letters in menu are also from avalon.

I'm having trouble with this also. I've installed each messaging option (clearing the downloads prior to install and rebooting after) yet the letters are still white. I've only installed 1 theme (GB) because I don't want to get a boot animation stuck. The one odd thing is if I clear the downloads and install blur inverted, it doesn't download again, it just installs; this must be present in the rom already.

Anyone have issues with GPS. I never had any problems until i flashed 3.5. Now i cannot connect to satellites.

I flashed /wiped/factory reset.

Little help?

Edit: I did a reboot and was able to connect. I also turned off bluetooth. I will try again and see if it still works.

The first time i installed v3.5, i had no banner in the locked screen. It showed me, my operator "vodafone". Now, after i installed a theme..is there a way to return to no banner?

I have flashed this ROM and everything looks great however I have no cell service. Any thoughts? I had tried the ICS Rom before and have not been able to get service since.

Think I found it. When going back to stock, gsm only was selected. Will flash again and confirm that cdma is enabled before panicking

At 1st i tried aosp ht. And i still had vodafone banner. Then, i tried harlequin and avalon. Avalon installed the start up animation and maverick banner. And since then..i tried dark (was supposed to be stock theme?) and still maverick banner...and verizon banner, now.

I do notice that using this rom certain apps from the android market are no longer available (specifically mlb at bat 12). Is there anyway to "trick" the market into allowing these apps?

It's available via web market. Although I didnt pay the $15 to test further than it saying its compatible.

Each theme (and the 3.5 base) should have "Maverick" on the lockscreen. That is, unless you install the Verizon Banner via Toolbox.

If you still had Vodaphone at some point, something didnt take when you flashed because with the new system files, the banner on the lockscreen is pulled from the eri xml, not a png.

Based on latest OTA, what is the latest radio available for D3? Just want to make sure I have latest radio too before I decide to upgrade to MavROM 3.5.
