Hey sneaky, so I changed the tracer color by editing the lib.swypecore.so and resigned it and everything but after I installed swype, I got that blue box around the keyboard, did you get that problem too?

no i didnt, try to reinstall it and reboot a few times.

haha alright i reinstalled it and rebooted it at least five times and i'm still getting that blue box around the keyboard...i think i resigned it correctly because it's installing fine and the tracer works too...idk why the swyping itself doesn't work though..

i had same issue as you with changing the swype tracer color, but this time i got a pop up window saying it wasnt for the right device,very weird..swype developers are getting smart.

i had swype a while ago but i got rid of it and now the apk isnt working anymore. ive tried to get a few different ones to work but they keep saying the trial has ended. does anyone have an apk that works??

Thanks Sneaky for the gold. It looks pretty nice. It's a little more towards yellow...not sure how to tweak it and make it a little more gold in color. But you've given me so many varieties...it'll be hard to stick with just one. Hell...I flash new ones just to show off to my friends...it's fun...cuz they're stock and can't do it...lol

i do the same thing,i have all the MM themes on my sdcard and i switch them in front of them to show them off, ill see if i can make it darker, areyou refering to the black w/gold keys

Yeah...the black with gold keys. It just has a little too much yellow...probably a darker tint might accomplish it. I wish I knew the hex code thingy...but not sure where to find a reference guide.

Yeah...I have all the themes you've made, including the older swype ones and the handcent ones from a while back. Guess I should remove them...doubt I'll go back that way again...lol

Also, I just reinstalled my Swype and it has told me that my version is for another phone. Thoughts?
