MetaMorph themes for swype

did you rename the MM file or any part of it
I tried extracting the file before I put them into the Android Theme folder and then tried applying it that way and that error message didn't pop up that time but after I rebooted my phone my Swype option is once again gone. It's just not working. I'm literally giving up, I don't know what else to try. I'm going to try to get my stock swype back again somehow. (Probably another phone restore). I'm sure it's me and not your zip file.
Have you seen the new post on DL about custom keyboards for the X? They made it sound like it was a newly discovered thing for my phone. Just curious if anyone else has been able to do this with the X or not using your method, I hate being defeated by technology.

yes other have done this method with the X
when you say its not an option,do you mean its not in the settings>>>keyboard settings.....not sure on actuall path

Ok, I figured it was something I was doing wrong. I'll try again sometime. I do have one more question for you though...I noticed after I downloaded the pink file on page 2 that I have a bunch of swype keyboard pictures in a folder in my gallery that didn't previously exist so I'm assuming they were from your file but they were blue, not pink. Any clue why that would be?
Edit: Sorry, just saw the last part of your post. Correct, it is no longer under settings/lauguage and keyboard/Input method. The only option was multi touch keyboard. I just used bootstrapper to revert to my previously saved backup so I'm back to what I was before I downloaded the zip file and Swype is now back, stock Swype though.

you must have extracted one of the swype MM on the root of your sdcard, just delete the MM files and the gallery will be back to normal.Ok, I figured it was something I was doing wrong. Hey sneaky or anyone else has anyone ben able to use metamorph with project elite? It worked fine for swype but I get boot loops when I try to change the battery image or the lock screen.
Root explorer is awesome and worth the cash imo but you can do what your wanting with scripts or commands via terminal emulator
