Why don't I have an input language of English avaialble? I see two identical options, both named com.android.inputmethod.latin and com.google.android.inputmethod.latin

**EDIT nevermind. I seleted the top one and went to next page and picked english. All is right with the world.

Nice job Fab.

Works fine so far on my D1 running UD2.3. I had 2 android keyboards in settings and the first one was the right one to leave enabled to stop the FCs for me.

Help!

I have a rooted droid incredible, and now the phone won't boot. Its stuck on the htc incredible white screen.

Installed through clockwork recovery without any errors. But it looks like I missed the Deodexed requirment.

Any quick help would be appreciated! What should I restore to get up and running again?

Works great on my rooted D1. If this had been the original one I might not have gone to swype... But I get the shakes when I can't swype great improvements though. Thanks for posting.

I am not getting that look or predictive texting in Portrait mode on D1; it is correct in Landscape mode.

Touch incorrect words to correct them not working

Thanks Fabulous for the text prediction fix.

The settings say you should be able to tap on an incorrect word and select it's replacement from word suggestions. Unfortunately, when you do this and click on a replacement word, it inserts the word at the location of the cursor and you end up with the original incorrect word and the correct word together.

Hopefully a fix will be found for this soon. You can long press on a word to highlight it, but then you do not get any word suggestions to replace the incorrect word.

Autocorrect Spanish not working

Autocorrect when in Spanish keyboard mode shows English word suggestions.

Installed. STEEL Droid 2.2.2. Insalled prediction fix. Works great. My android keyboard was Replaced with the gingerbread keyboard.

I backed up my stock keyboard apk then applied the fixed zip in clockwork recovery, but now it hangs at the Moto symbol, even after a good wait, and a battery pull reboot. It still boots recovery at the start, but Im really surprised a single apk change did this. any suggestions before i start damage control?

edit: forgot to mention, i'm on a rooted stock ota DX

Would you mind posting a link of your backup stock keyboard apk. I forgot to back mine up.
