Mysterious Device Now With November 23 Launch date

With just over 48 hours until it is officially PREORDER day, it is mind blowing there we do not even have the specs.

I know this will not be a Desire HD clone w/ a FFC. I am expecting something much better!

Question for you all.
I have a Motorola Droid and am looking to pick this bad boy up. So will I have to reinstall all my apps manually, or will the device sync with my Google account and reinstall them automatically?

Just got off the phone with VZW... My annual upgrade is on the 18th but he got it approved by his supervisor to upgrade me as early as today. He said that if this phone does go to presale Friday then I can purchase it for the 2 yr contract price + A $20 early upgrade fee. This purchase will qualify for any rebate that is offered. He has scheduled an appt to call me back on Friday as soon as he gets in to complete the transaction...

Question for you all.
I have a Motorola Droid and am looking to pick this bad boy up. So will I have to reinstall all my apps manually, or will the device sync with my Google account and reinstall them automatically?

I assume its the same as doing a factory reset. It pulls all the apps from your account from the market.

I wonder how many of my 90 apps will have problems working on a new phone? And since it won't be rooted (only at first I hope), I won't have Titanium to reinstall all of my saved settings

Go outside and get some fresh air.

You could use the exact same argument for the existence of this thread and the assumed 11/23 date

My source could always be wrong :icon_eek: it's happened before...:icon_ devil: just not about phone releases (too often)...oh and the merge doesn't exist either but somehow it's accessories show up in VZW's system go figure that one out..
