New Apps from 2.1

Anyone have the Gallery APK available for download ? The links in Post # 1 seem to be hanging (website down?) and the unzipped links (RapidShare) indicate that it cannot be downloaded any longer. Thanks!

Rename from .zip to .apk and install.

That is the 2.1 "Android Clock" widget included with the 2.1 DeskClock app, here is a better pic of it, nothing fancy.

Download Link is hostet on uploaded now, no need to rename anything.
Just download APK, put it on SDcard and install using a filemanager!

I haven't figured that out because I have the News and Weather app and my weather still is unavailable. If I click the unavailable message it brings up News and Weather though LOL so I don't know whats up with that.

That's correct, it's bugged though it will only show you temp in C

Did you open the News and Weather app to configure it? It took a couple of minutes for the weather to show up in my Dock Clock, so it's not instantaneous. I think the News and Weather app is bugged to begin with, so it's not running perfect on 2.0.1. YMMV

Yeah I have opened and used the app/widget quite a bit and the multimedia dock many times also, I have had both installed on my phone for a long time and rebooted the phone since then, it still never shows up. It's not that big of a deal, I'll just put up with it until 2.1 comes out, everything should play well together when it is meant to be there lol

In that case I'll just wait for the OTA update and not mess with the news stuff. I'll be fine w/o the temp for another week or two.

I've been running the 2.1 Launcher for about a week now, and it works marvelously. The clock is awesome, better than any 3rd party ones and better than using Dockrunner. The only issues I seem to get come from the new Gallery, sometimes it will freeze. But other than that, awesome.:heart:

As far as multitouch stuff goes, the multitouch browser ripped from Milestone works pretty dang well. Only issue I get from it is that it forcecloses when I try to use a drop-down menu. I occassionally find myself having to use Dolphin every now and then.

Gallery 2.1 Issue

I installed 2.1 gallery and its bad ass!!!!
But the only prob i have is that the sync feature with picasa is only giving me the option to sync with the gmail account i don't have set up with picasa, not the other one that is set up to picasa.

Any Ideas?!!!!??!?!?!?!
