YES. I had no idea. I just know this phone does exactly what my Blackberry couldn't and what I wanted it too. I had the wrong phone for too many years. Eventually I'll get it all tweeked. What do you mean an icon that shows 4 different icons inside of it? If your talking about a folder, you can put as much as you want in them, but its just a folder icon. Idk if it can be changed.
To get a folder, long press the screen->folders->new. Drag the thing you want in it, over it and drop it in

Yeah it's a folder and I know how to do that part. Someone just posted a pic of their screen shot in the discussion section and now I can't find it. It IS a folder but the folder icon has 4 smaller icons inside of it that shows you what's in there without clicking on it.
