According to Verizon, this has to be a soak test.... I hate this at times. Probably because I never get the leaks, or the soaks..... but either way it gets on my nerves, especially when u hear that it fixes the connectivity issue..... and today my phone has been 3g more than 4g... and I'm in a 4g area.....

You can get the soak tests by joining the feedback network for motorola, anyone can.
